We are 100% Canadian, with our distribution and support team being primarily out of Calgary, Alberta! Our distribution warehouse is located at 4030 8th St SE, unfortunately we are not open to the general public or for inhouse shopping. All orders must be placed online.
How can I book an appointment?
Unfortunately, our lead instructor Kelly is no longer accepting appointments due to the overwhelming demand for her quality training program. Please get in touch with us and we would be happy to send you to one of our qualified technicians!
You do training?! Is it online?!
Absolutely! All our training curriculum is currently only hosted online in response to the COVID crisis. We do hope to re-open in person training but all of our programs are available in a self directed (at your own pace) online format. Full 1-1 support is always available to help you with training, marketing content, promotional ideas and more!

Our training programs can be found on our website here, our starter kits included everything you need to get going including the most comprehensive programs you will find online – guaranteed! We pride ourselves on offering in depth training in order to make the best technicians out there! We also fully believe in women-owned entrepreneurship and businesses so we give you lots of extra resources to help you navigate building a new (or scaling an existing) business!
After I start, how do I order supplies?
Girl – we got you covered. Our sister company, Finally White is North America’s leading teeth whitening distribution company. You get access to a wide array of products at wholesale costs right within your account here at The Unicorn. We fully stock all our supplies and ship within 1 business day so you are never left waiting or hunting for quality products. Not only is our program the best out there, our supplies are going to be the most competitive by far. Students will receive access to our student supply centre for special pricing on supplies, non-students can purchase supplies on our general supply page here.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and for obvious hygienic reasons, all supplies and consumables are final sale. Educational programs and starter packages are final sale. If there is every anything wrong with your items or package, do not hesitate to reach out to us so we can help make it right. Damages to products/systems must be filed/dealt with the carrier if the problem arose from transportation.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
PO Boxes can only be shipped via CanadaPost within Canada. Surcharges may apply. At this time only US and Canada shipping available online, if you are shopping abroad – please email us for your orders. For export outside Canada applicable customs duties, collection fees etc may apply and are the responsibility of the importer and not included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable team is available to answer your questions 24/7/365 via text, email or through the contact us form. You will receive an answer within 1-2 business days.
Is training included in your starter kits?
Of course! When you purchase a starter kit, you’re getting EVERYTHING you need to start your business! The machines, the supplies, the training AND the certificate! No hidden costs or surprises – it’s all included!
How long is the course?
Do you need an hour, day or month to complete your course? Good news: it doesn’t matter! The online course is entirely self directed which means you can complete it at any time and at any pace! So if you’re like me and love to devour new information you can finish it in as little as a day! If you’re a busy mom like Megan, our lead instructor, you can spread it out in between nap time!
What if I have questions?
You can call, text, email, DM, snail mail or send a courier pigeon! We’re here with you for the long haul. Please be advised our social media team is available for the fastest responses between Monday – Thursday from 9am-6pm, Fridays from 9am to 4pm, MST. If you are messaging outside of these hours our response times may be delayed but we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
