Shipping Policies

We currently only ship within Canada and the United States (select brands are available for US, please get in touch with us for details).
We ship out from Calgary, Alberta.
Shipping is Flat Rate $24.95 within Canada (up to 10 business days via regular service depending on receiving location). Additional charges will apply for Express services.
Automatic email notifications will be sent to the email address used on order.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged parcels.
Once the item leaves our warehouse we are no longer responsible for this package, delays and problems must be handled with the applicable carrier.

FREE Flat rate shipping within Canada and the US for orders over $150.00. Local delivery within the YYC area is also FREE for orders over $150.00. This is subject to change without notice.

Same/Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00am will be available for same day delivery within the Calgary Area. Orders placed after 10am, with the local delivery service option, may be delivered the following business day. For Cochrane/Okotoks or Airdrie/Chestermere please get in touch with us as surcharges will apply. Last-minute orders for same day delivery are not guaranteed. Monday-Friday only, not available on weekends,

I was so worried about sensitivity cause I have alot of sensitivity and tbh if my teeth didn’t look noticeably whiter I would have thought nothing was happening cause I didn’t feel a thing! I will be back every few months for sure!

OKAYYYY BUT WHAT?!

I am in love with my results!! Kelly is SOO nice and I am so happy with everything! I had ZERO sensitivity issue and I was LEGIT panicked but she came was amazing and explained everything!
