Job Title: Sales Queen/King (Outside Sales Rep)

You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential partners, including small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs, to promote and sell our training programs.

What are some of the responsibilities gonna look like?
- Prospect and generate leads by reaching out to potential partners via phone, email, social media and in-person meetings.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities by digging up those small businesses ready to level up their menu with our service.
- Introduce aspiring entrepreneurs to our service and show them that they can start their very own thriving teeth whitening business
- Identify customer needs and present the benefits of our training program and resources
- Build a loyal following by prospecting, networking and closing deals like a boss
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas because we don’t believe in settling for less
- Be the face of our kingdom and represent us like royalty at networking events and trade shows
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients like a true leader
- Continuously update and maintain customer information in our CRM database
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies like a mastermind
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
In order to be successful at the above, history has shown that you should have qualifications in:
- Proven sales experience in the beauty industry is an asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Positive and honest attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team because we are a force together
- Ability to work remotely, we’d love it if you were in Calgary but this position is available all over Canada.
A few musts:
- Must have reliable internet and phone access
- Must have a valid Canadian driver’s license or reliable transportation, the bulk of the tasks may be done online however the ability to meet with prospects in person, especially in your area will always trump online communications.
- Must be comfortable with virtual meetings and presentations
The compensation:
We offer a competitive commission-based pay structure with great earning potential (like really, its juicy) and opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow because we want you to rule alongside us. Please note: the candidate will be working as an independent contractor. The candidate will be responsible for providing their own equipment, such as a computer and phone, and will also be responsible for handling their own taxes and insurance.
